Rick has been my friend for two decades. Although I never represented Hinkley, we were frequently in the same room on many occasions.
We both have worked with ALA and served together. (I am saddened that he will not be there to receive his Hall of Fame Award next month)
Both Rick and I have been at parties and even once met at a Cleveland Cavaliers game. We talked openly and freely, as friends, even though we never were directly in business together, we shared the same passion for our industry.
It was just friendship. Rick will forever be remembered as a true gentleman and a friend.
